Last week, I joined six amazing ladies on a fitness journey with In Shape Health Clubs. For the next six months, we will track and blog about our goals and progress. I have to admit it was a little intimidating to put myself out there about my fitness goals. Some of these ladies here are working towards some amazing goals- think triathlons, marathons, and bikini fitness competitions.
My goals are pretty simple, to shed my baby weight (from about four years ago), get toned, have energy, and become more mindful of what I put inside my body. Occasionally enjoying a glass of wine or scrumptious dessert of course. Wish me luck!
The hardest part of staying in shape is finding the time and motivation to workout. With three kids and summer, it's always a juggle right? I'm so excited because at In Shape there's childcare. They are soooo kid friendly that the pools are open for families from dusk till dawn during the summer in Napa and Rancho Solano Clubs. Other clubs will have various schedules.
