1. What can girls look forward to in their Monday Sparkles box?
Each box is carefully curated with an eco-conscious product, a product that promotes positive social connections, and something for your girl to celebrate and shine. Every box will include four to six current and exciting products to inspire the very best for our girls.
We ship out four boxes a year: End of-March, June, September, and December. You can order one box at a time or subscribe for the whole year with a one time payment. The deadline to order is the beginning of the month before.
3. When will I receive my box?
You will receive your box by the third Monday of March, June, September, and December via USPS (providing there are no holidays).
4. What payment options do I have?
You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JBC, Diner, and Discover. You can pay here.
5. When will I be billed?
If your subscription box is ordered quarterly, your card will be charged on the first of March, June, September, December. If you ordered a one time box or paid for the annual subscription, your card will be charged at time of purchase.
6. Can I gift a Monday Sparkles box?
Our boxes are an excellent gift! To send more than one box, visit our “Get The Box” page We currently do not have gift card options available.
7. Do you charge tax?
Currently, boxes shipped to California residents are subject to California sales tax. Other states are not subject to sales tax at this time.
8. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is included when you order by the deadline (see question #2). After we ship out the current boxes (see question #3) we will charge $10 for shipping.
9. What countries does Monday Sparkles ship to?
We ship our boxes to all 50 states and Canada.
10. Which charity or organization do you support?
We will donate $1 to a charity or organization for every box we sell. The charities and organizations will be aligned to our values and will differ each time we release a new box.
11. What if my recipient or I have allergies to certain products/materials?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your box won't contain any specific products, materials or ingredients. We take allergies as a serious concern, however, we cannot accommodate specific allergies. Please read and research the ingredients of products received before using an item. We are not the manufacturers of products and therefore, provide no representations of products nor are we responsible for any reactions to products, materials or ingredients included in the subscription box.
12. How do I update my address?
To update your profile or change your address, visit your account. You'll need to sign in using the email address and password you used when you placed your order.
